VERY GOOD, Near Mint Condition. Exceptionally well-preserved. Hinges fully attached and strong, some rubbing. Some general rubbing. Interior is clean, very bright and fresh. Some light general usage wear/rubs. No writing or previous signs of ownership, but for a small owner's stamp. About free of any trace of foxing, but for the first few pages. Thick quality paper and well laid-out, making this set a pleasure to read. Columned-text and almost 928 pages each, with an index. This is a remarkable and very impressive set. These gigantic books are seldom seen in such beautiful condition, with their hinges intact. This is an exceptional and particularly impressive set!
