Very Good condition. Leather is very supple and fresh. Hinges fully attached and sound. Some general rubbing along hinges and extremities. Interior is very bright, fresh and clean and near free of foxing. Very tightly bound, these try to close when opened. Early armorial bookplate. No writing. A gorgeous set. Complete.
Contains Some Account of the Life, Etc. of William Shakespeare, written by Mr. Rowe.
Each volume contains a frontispiece illustration.
