All hinges attached, although some show some signs of starting there is no risk as they are all held firmly in place by the original cords underneath the raised hubs. No writing or bookplates.

Such high quality, early and complete sets of Swift are very desirable and seldom seen.

This is an important edition 'MORE COMPLETE THAN ANY PRECEDING EDITION.' This is the first edition by this publisher with the preface dated 1768 as well. Printed in Edinburgh. VERY GOOD condition. Complete in 13-volumes, as stated, with an index in Volume 13. Includes all of Swift's works, including Gulliver's Travels.
