VERY GOOD, Near MINT condition. Hinges fully attached and sound. Some general rubbing. Small stain on first 2 or so pages, else FINE. Bright, clean, crisp pages. About free of foxing. No writing or signs of previous ownership.
Includes a frontis of a dinner scene from the novel. With a Preface and Notes by Austin Dobson.
