SHIPPING AND INSURANCE: All items insurance includes Handling fee, and will ship by USPS. Shipping charges is based on the rates currently charged by  USPS customer is responsible for shipping charges that apply to deliver item back to us. Under NO circumstances will any shipping and processing fees be refunded.
