FABULOUS ROYAL BLUE ONE SHOULDERED SPARKLE GOWN

 Girls! This is a fabulous item!  Great for your next competition!This MORGAN WELLS  original is made of a beautiful royal blue stretch cracked ice. It is a one shouldered design. It has a band of acordian pleated satin higb on the waist outlined with stones. The one sleeve is made of a royal blue stretch sheer netting with tiny sequins. It has a HUGE cuff made of the pleated satin with two rows of stones. The neckline is outlined with ruffles made of the pleated satin. Also cut through the body of the gown are two bands of the pleated satin with rows of stones.  Use the "ZOOM" feature for a close look. On the right hip is a huge rose made of the satin unpleated,  and a fabulous side train made of the satin. It has layer of stiff netting under it to make it puff out! THIS DRESS IS LINED TO HELP SMOOTH EVERYTHING OUT! It is form fitting with a fabulous train, and is sized  12-16!
