Great classic bike for your collection. Based on the serial # this bike was produced in November 1968. Original red paint with less than average wear just a few scrapes and scratches but overall very good for the age. Chrome fenders and handle bars and wheels are in great shape, with the exception of some minor rust staining (most will cleanup nice). Handle grips are original Schwinn. The seat is also Schwinn and is not torn (not even rusty underneath). Crank, sprocket, and kick stand are also starting to rust, average for the age. Bike has no mechanical problems and is ready to ride other than needing new tubes, tires, and a little oil on the chain. Spokes are in good shape with non missing or damaged. The front fender is missing the forward brace and the rear fender is missing the reflector.
