This is a power supply with a blown fuse and burnt capacitor next to the fuse. It came out of a Toshiba 22LV50K HDTV. It is alledgedly compatible with the following TVs, but please do your own research, as this was copied off another site and is not guaranteed:

It also has a chip out of the board on the very corner (as you can see in the pic), but upon close inspection, I do not believe it interferes with any circuitry. The fuse is obviously blown, and the blue capacitor next to the fuse is burnt - not sure if by electricity or heat. Everything else looks in tip-top shape, none of the capacitors are leaking, etc. We are simply parting out the TV as it is an insurance claim, so no repairs have been attempted. A fuse and capacitor might very well fix it.

I have included the speakers, as the connector for them doesn't seem to want to come off the board.
