we have this piece for quite sometime,and would like someone to enjoy it,it is nicely carved and very smoothly polished,the head is pinned to the hairdo with very tiny pins,I dont know how they do it but it always stay in place,use your fingers to roll his face forward and backward and you will see 2 expressions,one sad and one happy,he is a Kabuki actor with a weapon ,not a sword and holding a bag,his hair is long and his kimono is etched with symbols and 2 holes drilled on his back and bottom is signed by artist,condition excellent,it is  1 3/4 inch by 1 inch and 1 inch thick,quite  nice piece of material to work with.

These old netsukes are well done and well preserved,get it while available.
