A handhammered style sterling silver 925 toothbrush holder from Tiffany & Co,marked 'Tiffany & Co 8850 E Makers Sterling Silver 925-1000' 'M' '22' on the bottom.

It stands at 6 3/4 inches tall,and 1 1 /2 inches wide,it can comfortably hold a regular toothbrush but there are better use ,such as holding paint brush for your calligraphy or chopsticks or makeup brushes,the top lid has a pierced design to allow airing of your toothbrush.

The conditin is very good for vintage silver but then Tiffany always make quality sterling silver goods to last for decades,monogrammed 'MSH',please see my matching sterling silver soap box which is part of the set.
