Genuine japanese woodblock print,so called fan print ishike-e by Ando Hiroshige ,the original woodblock print was made in 1853,this is a restrike probably made in 1940-50s.

Fan prints are rare, hard for the wood carvers to make and subject matter vary and few are from Hiroshige,

This one could be part of a series, hard to tell, you see Kansii characters to the left upper corner with geese flying ,some said geese are related to fortune telling as the fortune telling papers are delivered by geese,

This fan print by Hiroshige features a fortune teller opening a fortune telling slip of paper (delivered by goose and geese of course),it is signed and sealed by Ando Hiroshige, measures 13 1/2 by 9 1/2 inches, condition very good with some minor wrinkles,no fading of color, plenty of bleedthrough, impression very godo, you can see the fine hair of the geisha, all we need to know is what does the fortune paper say??

so it is a fan print by Hiroshige, old restrike but good condition,go for it.these prints are getting rarer and rarer.and the price is right
