Titled ' Chiyoda no on-omote mokuroku',events of Prince Tokugawa outside Chiyoda Castle,'Nikko-miyashiro taisai no zu',the great festivals at Nikko shrine- once again the powerful Tokugawa clan is flexing its muscle by showing off its army of archers,samurai soldiers,flute players in an seemingly endless procession of horses,people and lions.
