We ship to lower 48 states in USA, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada (extra shipping charges will apply). We do not ship to any other countries. We use UPS and USPS for all of our shipping. The address must be a confirmed address. We do not ship to PO Boxes; we must have a physical street address. For international customers, we are not responsible for duties and taxes.
Delivery
We ship every weekday in the afternoon from California. We ship within 24 hours after clearance of payments.
Refunds & Returns
Item must be returned within: 7 Days. Refund will be given as: Exchange Refunds are given only if an item is found defective on arrive (DOA) and cannot be replaced. If the item is found defective on arrival, item must be reported within 7 days and returned to us within 14 days, customers are responsible for returned shipping fees.
