Here is a 4-LP set of Wagner's Tristan und Isolde, a "Private Recording" on the ERR Historical Operatic Treasures label (ERR 141-4, 4 record set), having excerpts of the same cast performing Die Walkure. The cast includes Nilsson, Vickers, Wilma, and Dooley; conducted by Leinsdorf. The records are clean and shiny, with a occasional minor scuff. There are no scratches to be seen. The box is very good; there is no libretto. I do not know the background for this recording, but Nilsson completists will likely know.
