This set of foot smoothers comes with a plastic double-sided file and a steel rasp with plastic handle. Color assortment includes blue and pink. Instructions for use and care are on back of card. Item is packaged on a blister card with hanging hole. File measures a little of 8 1/2" long, rasp measures 6 1/2" long. This item is sold as an assortment. All return require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number(RMA#) which is good for 14 days. No return will be accepted without an RMA#.
