34-inch SOLID BRASS SPYGLASS TELESCOPE LEATHER SHEATHED ANTIQUE

These brass antique reproduction optical instruments are made using heavy solid brass tubes and fittings, and polished to a beautiful finish.  While some manufacturers use cheap, small lenses, these use the same high quality optics used in precision optical instruments. 

 

Our largest handheld spyglass telescope requires a man's full arm extension to hold.  These large solid brass telescopes are 34 inches (86.5 cm) long when fully extended, and are 11 1/2 inches (29.3 cm) long when collapsed.  This non-inverting four-pipe telescope is hand sewn leather sheathed brass antique. This version has bright 5-element ground glass optics with a powerful 20x power view.  The telescopes are 2 1/2-inches (6.4 cm) in diameter with a 52 mm diameter ground glass objective lens.  A built-in sunshade extends to reduce lens flare.

 

This Telescope is beautifully crafted from solid brass.
