Vintage Beaded Tobacco Bag,  believed to come from one of the Great Plains tribes.  This bag has the tell tale signs of an octopus bag with the leather tails. The bead trim is of Hand cut glass beads, Brain tanned leather (very soft) Leather is thick maybe elk.  Beadwork is all intact.  No damage to bag other than the leather draw string is broke.  The bag measures 6-1/2"long x 4" wide at widest part of bag, and with the tails total length 10-1/4"  long.   Time line est. late 1800's early 1900s.  Museum piece!   Needs a good home!
