This is half pound bag of Dried Red Bell Pepper Flakes.   Our dried bell peppers are chopped into approximately 1/4 inch pieces.  They are sweet and not spicy.  They are a great addition to stews, soups, rice, pasta sauces, meat loaf, and casseroles.   This size bag contains 8 ounces.  

These red bell peppers have a robust, sweet pepper flavor.  Try using these diced peppers as a substitute in any recipe that calls for raw bell peppers or tomatoes.  These red bell peppers also taste great in Spanish rice, tacos, salads, and salsas.
