Honey Mustard and Onion Vinaigrette Recipe

1/2 cup honey mustard and onion powder, 1/2 cup water, 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar, and 3/4 cup vegetable oil (such as olive, canola, soybean, corn, etc). 

Whisk the water, vinegar and honey mustard and onion powder together until smooth.  Slowly pour the oil into the mix while whisking it into solution.  Serve with fresh green salas, pasta, potatoes, or marinate meat in it.
