This is a 5 oz container of Pride of Szeged Fish Rub. 

The ingredients are paprika, pepper, salt, lemon juice, and spices.

Directions:  Rub a generous amount of Szeged Brand Fish Rub seasoning on the fish.  If grilled whole, rub mixture inside as well.  Let it sit for a half to 1 hour.
