This is a 5 oz container of Pride of Szeged Steak Rub. 

The ingredients are salt, onion, celery seed, and spices. 

Directions:  Rub or spray steak with oil.  Sprinkle a generous amount of Szeged Brand Steak Rub on both sides.  Pat it down and refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours.
