Folio, measuring 11.25" x 10" Bound in its Original blind stamped Leather Binding with Brass Corners and the remains of clasps, old but professional rebacking. This Rare Bible contains both the Old and New Testaments and was bound without the apocrypha. Beautiful Engraved General Title Page showing Moses and King David playing his Harp! Both Old and New Testaments are Totally 100% Complete with Both Title Pages Present and Intact! This is the First Bible ever printed in Cambridge and the First Revision of the King James by two of the Original 1611 Translators! Two notable editions were that of 1629, the first ever printed at Cambridge, and that of 1638, also at Cambridge, which was assisted by John Bois and Samuel Ward, two of the original translators!
