Hi and thank you for watching this auction from Henry Wringtons Vintage Emporium Well this is an odd bit of kit! Basically you assemble to stand and pump and them squeeze the rubber bulb and blow chalk onto your proposed new hem line I have no idea if this was popular design - for this purchase I think not as its all here intact and seems to have its original bag of chalk!
