Returns & Refunds  

All our products are meticulously revised before shipping and we do our best to avoid return situations. We will only accept returns after making an initial contact to us within 72hrs of receiving your item. We will try to solve the issue first, so DON'T return it right away. Buyer will pay returning shipping (reimbursable if the refund is granted). 

We will refund the full amount of the item price plus the returning shipping amount. We will not refund for items with alteration, dirt, disassembled, used, damage or broken. We will not accept returns or refunds for items correctly processed.
