Shipping
All our items are shipped within 48hrs after receive the payment. Our preferred shipping method is standard shipping with USPS. We ship the US 50 States, US Territories, US Protectorates, AE and APO. Shipping quotes, delivery time and/or shipping service may vary outside the 50 States so please contact us for confirmation (usually doesn't change as long as you provide us a US Zip Code). Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be delivered after been shipped.

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If by any chance our service or items does not satisfy you, We ask to please allow us to solve the issue before writing a feedback. We try our best to keep our items' descriptions and pictures detailed as possible so you are well informed of the product before making a selection. Returns & Refunds
All our products are meticulously revised before shipping and we do our best to avoid return situations. We will only accept returns after making an initial contact to us within 72hrs of receiving your item. We will try to solve the issue first, so DON'T return it right away. Buyer will pay returning shipping (reimbursable if the refund is granted).
We will refund the full amount of the item price plus the returning shipping amount. We will not refund for items with alteration, dirt, disassembled, used, damage or broken. We will not accept returns or refunds for items correctly processed. We will only refund the returning shipping charges if the returning shipping method is the same we used to deliver the product to you.
