Grape Seed Extract tablets, provided by Vesta Pharmaceuticals, contain 100mg of pure grape seed extract. Grape Seed Extract belongs to a group of chemicals called OPCs (oligomeric proanthocyanidins), which are unique flavonoids that have antioxidant capabilities.

Grape Seed Extract is highly water soluble, and as a result, the body is able to absorb them quickly. Clinical tests have suggested that OPCs may be as much as fifty times more powerful than vitamin E and twenty times more powerful than vitamin C in terms of bioavailable anti-oxidant activity. Because OPCs can cross the blood-brain barrier, they can protect the brain and spinal nerves against free radical damage.
