The magic opal….A hydrophane nature is present in more or less degree in most of the material. Most Wello Opal goes clear when hydrated but returns to its original state when dry varying from hours to days and sometimes weeks, depending on the humidity.  I have done this scores of times and it never ceases to amaze me.  It goes from completely opaque to completely clear sometimes.  This makes this opal unique and very valuable to the metaphysical world.
