The bottom horizontal string seam can be pulled away so the fringe can be loose strings and be sewed on as garment/clothing/decoration fringes

After the bottom strip pulled off will be loose loops because if individually cut strings will 100% have fraying after washing + after the bottom strip pulled off.  The purpose of the bottom strip is to fix the loops to prevent them from tangling in the means of transportation, but some buyers keep them on, and some buyers don't need them on and let them come loose loops depending on each own use.  Pls kindly note, thanks!
