The tag says M (medium I assume) But the measurement are more like a ladies size 4. See measurements below. The Jacket has Knot and hook closures. The skirt is a zipper. It has elastic in the sides. Everything is in Chinese so I cannot tell you what the fabric is for sure. It feels like a linen/poly blend.
