This is a great stretch cotton button down shirt blouse, career top from Alfani   It is perfect for the office, under a jacket or with a skirt.  The color is cherry and it's beautifully detailed with pintucking down the front and vertical pintucked button cuffs.  It is brand new, with the tags attached and retails for $49.00.
