We try to offer free shipping on
most of our products, if you want your product faster email us for
shipping quote and how quickly you would like the product.
We accept Paypal:
* 6.5% sale tax is
applied/required to all Florida shipment
* We offer combined discount for
the total shipping and handling fees Canada/International Customer
Please Note: Canadian government might charge a duty tax (brokerage
fee). This is NOT CHARGED by our company, and we are not responsible
for this fee. Other international buyers are responsible for duties and
taxes. If you have any question regarding why you are being charged
this fee, please refer to your government official website. Brokerage
fee varies upon the value of the product, for rate information, please
refer to UPS.
* Payment must be received within
10 days as auction ended or order might be delayed or cancelled.
* All items will ship within 3
business days after payment verified, please allow up to 7 business days
for delivery.
* Please do not use the paypal
note field to indicate us to ship to other address. The note there will
not be read.
* All shipments are made via
Fedex, UPS or USPS depending on the types of products purchased.
Majority of our orders will be ship within 3 business days. All items
sold as-is. Phat Rides Inc does not accept returns. If your item was
misrepresented in the auction listing please contact us within 5 days
of receiving the item. Buyer pays return shipping charges. If you have
any questions, please E-mail us before placing your bid. We highest
recommend professional installation of all car / marine / home /
electronics. Claims for damaged items during transit must be reported
to shipping company. You must keep all packing material and merchandise
exactly the way it was received for carrier's inspection. We will not
be responsible for carrier's denial of a claim for untimely reporting
of damage or missing materials for inspection. Credits are given only
if the box is unopened and the quality control seal is intact and
unbroken. A re-stocking fee of 20% will be charged from the refund
amount. Shipping, handling, and insurance fees are non-refundable. Item
must be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods. Buyer is
responsible for return shipping fees. We reserve the right to refuse a
refund if the items do not meet the refund guidelines. Returns /
Exchanges on defective merchandise are given up to a period of 14 days
from delivery. Merchandise must be returned in the original box,
packing, and condition. All parts & accessories must be included.
Anything missing will invalidate the return. Any alterations made to
the original merchandise will also invalidate the return. Items must be
bench tested prior to installation. If found to be DOA prior to
installation, the item must be sent back within 14 days to be exchanged
for the same item. Any item not installed by a certified professional
voids all return / exchange claims. An installation invoice must be
provided for immediate exchange of defective products. Buyer is
responsible for return shipping to us. We will pay for shipping back to
you for the exchanged merchandise.
Payment must be received within
7 days after the auction ends, Otherwise negative feedback will be
given and Non-Paying Bidder warning will be sent.
