Factory Warranty
New Electrical and Electronic Items will be accepted as
Factory authorized guarantee Replacement (FAGR) only.
Buyer must submit a warranty claim along with a note explaining how and why part was found to be defective, and returned to us freight prepaid by buyer. We will send product to the factory for credit, if product is found to be defective by the factory, we will in turn replace the part free of charge, freight prepaid by us.
Note: Buyers recourse is limited to replacem
