This is a new part if returned, it must be in the same condition received. part must not have been used, abused or damaged by Buyer. Buyer must submit a claim and obtain a return Authorization number (RA#) prior to returning merchandise. Number must appear on the outside of package, fail to do so, will result in the package be returned to buyer at buyers expense. Buyer pays return shipping charges. Seller will pay forwarding charges on return parts exchanged for guarantee only.
