METTLEAIR’S MAXIMUM LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED TO THIS AGREEMENT OR ORDER, WHETHER IN CONTRACT OR TORT OR OTHERWISE, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE INVOICED PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
