Chicago Cubs Pub Sofa

The Pub Sofa offers quality, comfort, and durability. The bench is made by an individual skilled craftsman. The sofa features Premium 1.8 density/28 lb compression CA 117 foam in seat and sides for added durability and comfort, and premium virgin hollow fill fiber on seat and back cushions for added softness, fullness and resiliency. Cushions include Dacron fiber wrap for extra softness. The frame is computer numerically controlled routed, and corner blocked and constructed with 1” oak and hardwoods. Seat is maintained with 8 gauge Super-Loop solid steel no-sag seat springs, and Teflon coated clips prevent spring noise. The Fabric is 100% polyester micro fiber fabric with knitted back, it has been treated with DuPont Teflon for built in stain resistance and durability for years of worry free enjoyment. Can be cleaned with water or mild soap solution and the seams feature six stitches per inch.

POLICIES & OTHER INFORMATION

Shipping / Delivery:  Orders are generally shipped within 2-8 weeks. Some orders depending on availability may take longer.
 
Shipping furniture from FedEx: The freight company will call in advance to schedule a delivery appointment time. You will be contacted by the delivery service to set up a day and time frame for you to receive your order. If no one is home when delivery is attempted (during the agreed upon scheduled time) a minimum re-delivery charge of $50.00 will apply. The freight company will collect it from you when they re-deliver your order. Make sure to have someone there to receive your delivery during the day. You may be required to assist in the offloading of your order. Ask about our other delivery options if you are unable or do not wish to do so.

Furniture Assembly: Most of our furniture will require some assembly.  All of the parts such as screws, bolts, and tools will have instructions that are also included. This can be done with basic hand tools. (screw driver, wrench etc).
