POLICIES & OTHER INFORMATION

 

Shipping / Delivery:  Orders are generally shipped within 2-8 weeks. Some orders depending on availability may take longer.
 
Shipping furniture from FedEx: The freight company will call in advance to schedule a delivery appointment time. You will be contacted by the delivery service to set up a day and time frame for you to receive your order. If no one is home when delivery is attempted (during the agreed upon scheduled time) a minimum re-delivery charge of $50.00 will apply. The freight company will collect it from you when they re-deliver your order. Make sure to have someone there to receive your delivery during the day. You may be required to assist in the offloading of your order. Ask about our other delivery options if you are unable or do not wish to do so.

Furniture Assembly: Most of our furniture will require some assembly.  All of the parts such as screws, bolts, and tools will have instructions that are also included. This can be done with basic hand tools. (screw driver, wrench etc).
