OEM type sensors have a unique ID that must be "relearned" by your vehicle'stirepressuremonitoringsystem (TPMS) once they are installed. The procedure varies from one vehicle to the next and ranges in complexity. Most major tire shops and service stationswill be equipped to complete the relearn once installed.
