Buyer has 7 days from the arrival of their package to request a refund of their money, all return shipping will be paid by buyer and items must not be damaged and items of certain types must not have been used (Items that cannot be resold for hygienic reasons). If item found to be damaged then item will be shipped back at buyers expense and refund will not be processed. Refunds will not be processes till we receive the item back at our store.
