Cosmetic condition:
Good overall cosmetic condition. Some wear can be found on the battery cover in the back on the bottom. Screen is in very good cosmetic condition.
Operational condition:
It turned off by itself a few times before, but lately it would not happen, so I assume it will not happen when you get it. Maybe, it did turn off before because the battery was not put firmly in place, I don't know. If anything, you can return the phone for a refund.

About the condition of the phone:
I receive used cellphones from their owners who claim that phones have no operational problems. I also do quick tests myself to check if major elements work (screen, camera, keypad, etc...).
