Once again, I'm cleaning house and selling all this stuff I've collected for years.  This is one of 6 or 7 Lenox ornaments that I'll be listing, so check my other items if you're interested. 

This is a beautiful piece in perfect condition.  It's a scrollwork or filigree angel with a nice red ribbon tied through it.  The ornament, or charm, itself is 2 3/4 inches tall by 2 1/8 inches wide.
