Laptop is running Windows Xp Sp3 with all updates as of today. Also included preinstalled is the following software, however no discs are included, for evaluation only:

MS Office 2007

Norton Antivirus (Good for 1 year)

Power DVD Xp

Roxio Cd Creator

Once again item is in excellent refurbished condition and all hardware of system I will warrant for 30 days after delivery.  This is however a used laptop and does have some scratches but nothing too bad.  Has 1 small crack in top lid but doesnt affect functionality.  There are a couple of pry marks on side where I had to take motherboard to have a new power plug soldered to motherboard at local electronic shop. I have laptop myself for a couple of weeks and it works perfect.
