Adjustable Battery Gauge 36V for DC Powered Curtis 803 compatable

This series of battery gauges are multi-functioning devices ... adjustable voltage range, can work on  36V system, separate controls for turning on the display and hour meter and an internal relay for powering auxiliary devices.

The battery gauge "empty" voltage reading can be adjusted to closely match the gauge to the actual battery level of charge. Seven battery voltage ranges can be selected on the 36 volt model.

• The gauge can be connected directly to the battery but no display will show until a separate lead wire is taken to plus volts. The gauge is monitoring the battery all of the time. By having a separate connection to illuminate the display, it stops the battery from discharging if left for extended periods when not connected to a battery charger.
  
  Another connection is used to enable the hour meter. Therefore it is possible to view the battery state of charge, but not accumulated hours until it is desired to do so.
  
  An internal relay allows powering auxiliary devices consuming up to 1 Amp. The relay is normally closed and opens to turn off the device being operated when the gauge displays ~30% power remaining. This is done in an attempt to prevent the battery from becoming completely discharged.
