The pages do have some browning from age, but the pictures are still bright and colorful and the text is very readable. Sewn binding in very good strong condition. No loose pages. The cover is bright, glossy, and has the original lamination. The lower front corner says, Wonder Books with Washable Cover, New Long-life Binding. The corners of this copy are sharp and square, the edges are straight and not rubbed or worn; the only real wear is a small split about 1/2 inch long at the back top of the spine. This book is in remarkably excellent condition for a used children's book of this age.
