This is a lot of 6 original signet paperbacks of novels by Erskine Caldwell.

1. GEORGIA BOY. First Signet printing state. 1950. number 760. ILLUSTRATED with line drawings by Birger Lundquist, which were reproduced from the Swedish edition of the novel. The binding of this copy is tight, pages lightly toned at the outer edges only; binding is very good, nothing loose. No bent or torn pages seen. A single faint crease front of spine, corners a little creased, and there is a missing spot of color at the upper front cover where a price tag was removed. Good condition.

2. THE LAST NIGHT OF SUMMER. Signet no. D2451. First printing stated, 1964. VG condition without creases, small spot of missing color at very top edge of spine; square and straight, tight binding, red edgestain. Pages are unmarked and bright.

3. A LAMP FOR NIGHTFALL. Signet 1091. First printing stated, January 1954. VG copy with spot of missing color where a price tag was removed at the upper corner; tiny rubbing at spine corners. Slightly tanned at top edge of pages only. Small pencil name on ffe.

4. KNEEL TO THE RISING SUN and other stories. Signet number 869. Stated first printing, 1951. Small spot of color loss where a price tag was removed. Light tanning around outer page edges. Not written in or marked. Good condition with lightly worn cover.

5. GOD'S LITTLE ACRE. "The World's Most Popular Novel" according to the cover. Signet S581. 44th printing, dated may 1958. Movie tie-in with cover photo of Tina Louise and Robert Ryan. Includes section of photo stills from the movie. In good condition with good binding, no marks or writing, no loose pages, single crease across the cover, a little edgewear and rounded corners at bottom.

6. JOURNEYMAN. Penguin Signet edition. No. 646. 1948 printing. Spine crease, corners with some edgewear, bottom a little rubbed, hinges are tight, binding is very good and pages are not tanned.
