A large tan colored hardback, lacking jacket, in good condition. The covers are square and have sharp corners, not dirty or stained; interior likewise is clean and bright. No torn or missing pages. The binding has cracked front hinge and the spine is slightly twisted. Includes endpaper map at rear, list of credits, many many photographs and the scathing original text.
