This listing is for two excellent books by Hedrick Smith:
THE RUSSIANS. Published by Quadrangle/Times Square Books, 1976. 0-8129-0521-0. There is no price on the jacket, and this is possibly a book club edition. In dark red cloth with bright gilt lettering, very clean and smooth. No bends or bumps. Bright red map endpapers. Clean pages are bright and not aged, without writing or markings found. Very light spotting on exterior rear cover, can probably be brushed off. VG+ condition in VG jacket.
THE NEW RUSSIANS. Random house, 1990. First edition is stated. Former library copy. In clear protective cover, no tears or chips seen. Interior is bright and clean, small address label on endpaper, library stamp on bottom edge, no writing or damage. Red hardcover with black spine. Nice clean solid VG condition.
