This listing is for 1 pound of green, unroasted coffee beans. The variety of these beans is PAPUA NEW GUINEA. This is a great, pure tasting coffee from the southern seas. The flavor is full and true, pretty much uniformly absent of any defects. I've roasted many bags of this coffee and have been very satisfied with it. It makes a great, medium bodied cup for any time of day.

Sold in 1 pound green weight bags, it will be shipped in a small 6x8 burlap bag (while they last). These bags close with a drawstring and are reusable and durable. They are preferable for coffee because they allow the green beans air circulation, which keeps them from getting mildewey and helps preserve the flavor longer. Green beans will last for several years without degradation if they are kept dry and cool (not frozen).



The beans in the photo are a Sumatran variety; the New Guinean beans you're buying look a little different.
