Up for grabs here is a new in package Hotwheels Blue Card 1970 Plymuth Barracuda.  Collector #523.  Car is green with a black stripe with 426 logo.  Car has the chrome flooboards, not the white.  Has a chrome plastic China base with "King Kuda" written on it.  I would say this card is real close to near mint.  Has a FEW TINY white nick around blue border.
