SHIPPING:  We pack and ship within 2-3 days of payment received.  We now ship most items by Priority Mail within the continental United States.  We are now also shipping on an international basis.  It is important to understand that additional charges such as import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in the shipping charges or item price.  It will be necessary for the international buyer to check with your country's customs office to determine the amount of these additional costs, prior to bidding or purchasing.  The shipping company usually collects these charges or they must be paid when you pick up the item.

RETURNS:  We want to have happy customers who will make our store one of their favorites.  Your satisfaction is important to us.  If you are unsatisfied in any way with any of our items, you can return the item within 7 days for a full refund.  Buyer pays return postage.  If there is a problem, please contact us via e-Bay before leaving negative feedback.  Again, if there is any problem with an item, please contact us as soon as possible upon receipt of the item or 30 days from date of shipment.  Non-deliveries must be reported within 30 days of Shipment Notification.
