We only offer dishes that are in excellent or brand new condition with no chips, cracks or crazing.  Please ask any questions you may have - prior to bidding.  Also, please note our feedback score for a reflection of satisfied customers!  We aim to please!

SHIPPING:  We pack and ship within 2-3 days of payment received AND we do combine shipping!

RETURNS:  We want to have happy customers who will make our store one of their favorites.  Your satisfaction is important to us.  If you are unsatisfied in any way with any of our items, you can return them within 7 days for a full refund.  Buyer pays return postage.  If there is a problem, please contact us via e-Bay before leaving negative feedback.  Again, if there is any problem with an item, please contact us as soon as possible upon receipt of the item or 30 days from date of shipment.  Non-deliveries must be reported within 30 days of Shipment Notification.
